Dr. Shawn Thistle is the Founder and President of Research Review Service Inc. and The Epicurean Scholar, a division of RRS. Research Review Service is an online subscription service designed to assist busy manual-medicine practitioners and rehabilitation and training professionals to integrate current, relevant evidence from chiropractic, physiotherapy and exercise sciences research, into their clinical practice and patient care. As a practicing clinician himself, Shawn ensures that RRS provides practical insight into the application of current scientific research to practice. Practitioners in all manual medicine and rehabilitation disciplines are faced with a daunting task of staying abreast of emerging information as the volume of evidence-based information grows. Research Review Service Inc. is designed to help bridge this gap by providing weekly reviews of current scientific articles.
Shawn graduated (magna cum laude) from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto and holds an Honours Degree (summa cum laude) in Kinesiology from McMaster University. He also holds a certificate in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University, and is a Certified Active Release Techniques ® Soft Tissue Treatment provider as well as a Certified Instructor in Functional Anatomical Palpation® and Functional Range Release®, courses addressing specificity of palpation and manual treatment and rehabilitation of myofascial structures. As a complement to his manual medicine and acupuncture training, Shawn is also certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association NSCA-USA.
Shawn has been interviewed by television news programs related to health and fitness issues and also writes for a number of print and online publications including Canadian Chiropractor Magazine.
Shawn is currently Clinic Director of SHAPE Health and Wellness Centres in Toronto and a lecturer in the Dept. of Orthopedics at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Toronto.
Shawn also combines experience from his unique blend of clinical practice and teaching career as a chiropractor and strength-conditioning specialist with his entrepreneurial business acumen, to provide passionate, high-energy presentations to Chiropractic / Manual Medicine / Manipulative Physical Therapy / Sport Therapy organizations and colleges and groups interested in learning about health and fitness.

Dr. Kent Stuber
Dr. Kent Stuber DC, BSc, MSc
Dr. Kent Stuber obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular, Molecular & Microbial Biology from the University of Calgary before attending Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with Clinic Honours in 2002. Dr. Stuber graduated in January, 2008 from the University of Sheffield with a Master of Science degree in Health and Social Care Research. Dr. Stuber has maintained a full time practice in Calgary since 2002.
Dr. Stuber has published original and review articles in several peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, Chiropractic & Osteopathy and Clinical Chiropractic, among others, on a variety of topics including football injury prevention, pre-natal chiropractic care, plantar fasciitis, diagnosis of sacroiliac joint injuries, research methods and chiropractic continuing education.
Kent is an editorial board member of the Journal of the Canadian Chiropractic Association and has served as a peer reviewer for the JCCA and the Association of Chiropractic Colleges Research Agenda Conference. He is a post-graduate faculty member at the University of Bridgeport Chiropractic College (UBCC) and has written online postgraduate courses for UBCC and CMCC.
Most importantly, Dr. Stuber is the proud dad of Morgan Alexander Stuber and proud husband of Dr. Caterina Lerede.![]()

Dr. Michael Haneline
Dr. Michael T. Haneline DC, MPH
Dr. Haneline attended the University of Nebraska, majoring in Pre-chiropractic, and graduated from Southern California Health Sciences University–Los Angeles College of Chiropractic with Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees. Also, he has a Master of Public Health degree from California College for Health Sciences, is a graduate of the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic Orthopedics program, and a Fellow in the Institute of Chiropractic Research (FICR).
Michael practiced chiropractic for nearly 30 years and has been involved in education and research since the early 1980’s. He previously did spinal biomechanics research with Chung Ha Suh, PhD and worked for the Spine Research Institute of San Diego.
Michael is currently a Professor and Head of Chiropractic at the International Medical University Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia teaching evidence-based chiropractic. Dr. Haneline has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and is the author of a recent textbook entitled Evidence-Based Chiropractic Practice.![]()

Dr. Dana J. Lawrence
Dr. Dana J. Lawrence D.C., M.Med.Ed.
Senior Director, Center for Teaching and Learning, Palmer College of Chiropractic
Dr. Lawrence is the Senior Director for the Center for Teaching and Learning at Palmer College of Chiropractic, and was previously a member of the research department.
He is past editor for several professional scientific journals for the chiropractic profession, including the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics, Journal of Chiropractic Medicine, Journal of Chiropractic Humanities, and Journal of Sports Chiropractic and Rehabilitation.
As a founding member of the Chiropractic Research Journal Editor's Council, Dr. Lawrence helped to elevate the profession's understanding of the issues involved in ethical biomedical publication and to set standards governing that publication. He was also editor for two text series, Yearbook of Chiropractic and Advances in Chiropractic, both of which were published through the Mosby Year Book Company.
He has published a number of textbooks, including Fundamentals of Chiropractic Diagnosis and Management and Chiropractic Technique (with Drs. Tom Bergmann and David Peterson). He is a member of the Council of Biology Editors, the American Medical Writers Association, the Hastings Center for Biomedical Ethics and the American Public Health Association.
He serves on numerous editorial boards: the BackLetter, Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine, Manual Therapy, Chiropractic Journal of Australia, Journal of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, and many others. He has been a merit reviewer for the Foundation for Chiropractic Education and Research, and for the Health Resources Service Agency (HRSA) in both their Chiropractic Demonstration Grants program and the Interdisciplinary Training for Rural Health Care program.
He was a member of the Ad Hoc Committee for the Office of Alternative Medicine, and later became a member of the Alternative Medicine Program Advisory Council of the OAM and the NCCAM. He drafted the entry on chiropractic that appeared in "Alternative Medicine: Expanding Medical Horizons." He was invited to participate in President Clinton's health care reform program. Dr. Lawrence has many professional publications.
In 1998, Dr. Lawrence was named “Researcher of the Year” by the Foundation for Chiropractic Research and Education for his service to the profession. In addition to his DC degree, Dr. Lawrence has earned master’s degrees in medical education (MMedEd) and bioethics and health policy (MA). ![]()

Dr. Stephen Burnie
Dr. Stephen Burnie BSc (Hon), DC, CAFCI, MSc
Dr. Burnie is a chiropractor practicing at a busy multidisciplinary health clinic in Toronto. Stephen received his Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and was trained in acupuncture at the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute (AFCI).
In addition to practice, Stephen has a strong interest in research. He earned his Master of Science in Rehabilitation Science at McMaster University in Hamilton, where he was named a Strategic Training Fellow in Rehabilitation Research by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) and Research Fellow by the Foundation for Chiropractic Education and Research (FCER) for 2005 – 2007.
Stephen is a team member of the McMaster HaNSA (Hand, Neck, Shoulder and Arm) research group with a personal research interest in neck pain. He is currently working on several projects investigating optimal treatments for mechanical neck disorders. Stephen is also a member of the Cervical Overview Group (COG), which prepares systematic reviews in the area of neck pain for the Cochrane Collaboration and other journals.![]()

Dr. Robert Rodine
Dr. Robert Rodine BSc, DC, (Graduate Student Clinical Sciences CMCC)
Dr. Robert Rodine graduated with a BSc. in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa prior to receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic in 2007 at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Toronto.
Subsequent to this, Robert was enrolled in Graduate Studies at CMCC in the field of Clinical Sciences. Robert has specific research interests with case studies focusing on unique clinical judgment, systematic reviews of clinical interventions, and the informal processes surrounding health-care education and clinical decision making.
Robert currently practices in Smiths Falls, Ontario.![]()

Dr. Jeffrey J. Hebert
Dr. Jeffrey J. Hebert DC, PhD(c), DACBSP, C.S.C.S
Dr. Hebert is a chiropractor and PhD candidate in exercise physiology at the University of Utah. Jeff holds appointments to the Department of Neurosurgery and the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Utah, where he is actively involved in research, teaching, and patient care. Additionally, Jeff enjoys participating in the postgraduate education of clinicians on the topics of evidence-based medicine and spinal rehabilitation.
Dr. Hebert’s research interests focus on clinical topics relevant to the rehabilitation of spinal disorders. He has authored or co-authored peer-reviewed manuscripts in such journals as Spine, Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Clinics in Sports Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Hebert serves as a grant and manuscript reviewer for several biomedical journals, research conferences, and funding institutions.
Dr. Hebert is an experienced clinician, having practiced alongside a variety of professionals in multidisciplinary environments including: neurology, physical medicine & rehabilitation, neurosurgery, and sports medicine. Dr. Hebert was the first chiropractor to be appointed to the faculty of the University of Utah Hospital, and currently sees patients in the Department of Neurosurgery. He is a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.![]()

Dr. Stanley N. Bacso
Dr. Stanley N. Bacso DC, FACO, FCCO(C)
Dr. Stanley N. Bacso was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario.
Stan received his doctor of chiropractic degree in 1997 from Parker College of Chiropractic, and Fellowship from the College of Chiropractic Orthopedics (Canada) and Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedics (US) in 2005. He also completed his post-doctoral diplomat and neurology (DACNB) in 2002.
He has more recently done research and written on digital videofluoroscopy and its usefulness in diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries.
Stan is the co-author of, "Stretching for Fitness Health and Performance” (Sterling Publishing). His athletic credentials include competitive football, baseball and rugby. He was an all-star football player in college and has professional experience in the Canadian Football League. He continues to be active in strength training and stretching for maximum performance, and lectures/instructs aspiring athletes in their own athletic and personal pursuits.![]()

Dr. Jeff Cubos
Dr. Jeff Cubos BPHE, MSc, DC, ICSSD, CSCS
Originally from Toronto, Dr. Cubos holds a Bachelors degree in Physical Education and Health and a Masters of Science degree in Kinesiology. Upon his graduation from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Dr. Cubos entered and completed the College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (Canada) post-graduate residency program with specialized research in the field of hockey-related concussions.
Dr. Cubos has held teaching positions at York University, Seneca College, and the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, and has been a strong contributor to his profession through multiple journal publications and presentations at the Ontario Injury Prevention Conference, the Fifth International Symposium on Safety in Ice Hockey, and the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic Symposium (FICS).
Having a passion for working with elite athletes, Dr. Cubos has worked in numerous sporting events including the OHL Cup, Ironman USA Triathlon, Canadian National Lacrosse Championships, Canadian National Track and Field Championships / Olympic Trials, and most recently as the head doctor of Team Canada at the World Jewish Ice Hockey Championships held in Metula, Israel.
Jeff is also certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association NSCA-USA, holds the International Chiropractic Sports Science Diploma through FICS, and currently maintains a full-time practice with his wife in Spruce Grove, Alberta.![]()

Dr. Brad Muir
Dr. Brad Muir HBSc (Kin), DC, FCCSS (C), Acupuncture
Dr. Brad Muir graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1992 with an honours bachelor of science degree in kinesiology. Dr. Muir worked as a kinesiologist for seven years with varying capacities including: sports injury, occupational, and motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, ergonomics, functional abilities evaluations, marketing and clinic manager. He attained a diploma in acupuncture in 1997 and then returned to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College graduating in 2003. Dr. Muir continued on at the Chiropractic College completing his Sports Sciences Residency in 2005 and attaining his Sports Specialist designation in 2006.
Dr. Muir is currently an Assistant Professor at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and maintains a clinical practice at the Durham Sports Centre in Pickering. Dr. Muir is a co-author and presenter of Running Biodynamics, Hockey Biodynamics and the Functional Assessment of Athletes and has lectured across Canada on these topics. He is also a co-author, co-developer and a head instructor of Vibromax Therapeutics Inc. He has attended the Tae Kwon Do Olympic Carding Games, the Firefighter Combat Challenge Canadian and World Championships and the Dragon Boat Club Crew World Championships.
Dr. Muir has authored articles for Canadian Chiropractor Magazine and has an article accepted for publication by JCCA on Exercise-related Transient Abdominal Pain (Runner’s Stitch).![]()

Gary Maguire
Gary Maguire, M.Sc., P.T.
Gary is a physical therapist and founder and president of PhysioSympath, Seattle, WA.
He has more than 19 years of clinical expertise in physical therapy with a specialization in treating chronic pain, PTSD, complex regional pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, neuromuscular dysfunctions and complex soft-tissue dysfunctions. His clinical skills and professional health-care training has resulted in providing over 76,000 treatments to more than 14,000 patients resulting in successful functional outcomes.
Prior to founding PhysioSympath, Gary was involved in patient care while serving as an expert witness, corporate speaker, and provider of continuing education to family physicians, vocational rehabilitation counselors, claims managers and occupational safety and health officers.
Gary has provided numerous professional and public seminars (e.g. The Boeing Corporation, Microsoft employees, Johnson Controls, professional athletes, and chronic pain support groups) about chronic pain, soft-tissue injuries, ergonomics, health-care and prevention and management of injuries.
He is a member of several professional organizations including the American Physical Therapy Association, International Association for the Study of Pain, Physician Consortium for Performance Improvement/AMA, Microsoft Health-Users Group and the Health-care Information and Management Systems Society.
Gary completed his training in physical therapy at D’Youville College located in Buffalo, NY. He holds a Master of Science degree and Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Washington State University. ![]()
Dr. Paul Nolet DC, MS, MPH, FCCSS(C) (Special Guest Contributor)
Dr. Paul Nolet graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1983. He completed his postgraduate studies in 1989 becoming a Fellow of the College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (Canada). In 2006 he completed the International Chiropractic Sport Science Diploma.
Dr. Nolet has a Master of Science degree in Sport Health Sciences from Life University and a Master of Public Health degree in Health Studies from Lakehead University. Research for his thesis was completed at Toronto Western Hospital at the Centre of Research Expertise in Improved Disability Outcomes (CREIDO).
Paul has published several articles in journals such as the European Spine Journal, Pain and the Journal of the Canadian Chiropractic Association. He has practiced as a chiropractor in Ontario and spent over 4 years practicing in the Medical Centre in Harare, Zimbabwe. Dr. Nolet currently practices as a chiropractor in a multidisciplinary clinic which includes Orthopaedic Surgeons, a Physical Medicine Specialist, Physiotherapists and Massage Therapists. ![]()

Dr. Paul Bruno
Dr. Paul Bruno DC, PhD (Special Guest Contributor)
Paul Bruno graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2004. He was a research fellow at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in the United Kingdom from 2004-8, during which time he was awarded the Elsevier International Post-Graduate Research Prize in 2005, 2006 and 2007 before receiving his PhD from the University of Portsmouth.
Following his fellowship, he served as a Lecturer at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic for two years before recently being appointed as the new CCRF Research Chair in Neuromusculoskeletal Health in the Faculty of Kinesiology and Health Studies at the University of Regina.
The primary focus of his research interests lie in the fields of motor control and rehabilitative exercise for people with low back pain. Specifically, he is interested in investigating the diagnostic utility of clinical tests that are used to assess for “dynamic instability” of the lumbopelvic region, the kinematic and motor control parameters during the performance of these tests and their relationship to functional activities, and the association between test findings and measures of spinal stiffness and spinal stability.

Dr. Daniel Avrahami
Dr. Daniel Avrahami BPHE, DC, MSc
Dr. Avrahami is a chiropractor practicing at several busy multidisciplinary clinics which focus on mobility and lower-extremity pathology. Daniel completed his undergraduate training from Queen’s University and received his Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He is a strength and conditioning specialist and has been trained in acupuncture and several soft-tissue therapies.
In addition to practice, Daniel has a strong interest in research. He earned his Master of Science in Biomechanics at McMaster University in Hamilton and is completing his sports specialty training through the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (Canada). Daniel is a member of the McMaster Chiropractic Working Group and continues to be actively involved in various research projects.

Kevin Neeld
Kevin Neeld BSc, MS, C.S.C.S.
Kevin Neeld is the Director of Athletic Development for Endeavor Fitness. Kevin is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) holding a Master's degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Neuroscience (University of Massachusetts Amherst), and a Bachelor's degree in Health Behavior Science with a concentration in Fitness Management, as well as a minor in Strength and Conditioning (University of Delaware).
After completing a successful college hockey career at the University of Delaware (‘05-’06: MVP; ‘06-’07: Team Captain, Lifetime Achievement Award, 2nd Team All-American), Kevin continues his work in ice hockey serving as a coach, educator, and program consultant in the sport.
An accomplished author, Kevin has had articles published at StrengthCoach.com, SBCoachesCollege.com, SportsRehabExpert.com, EliteFTS.com, T-Nation.com, BodyBuilding.com and AskMen.com. Additionally, he has served as an investigator and co-author on scholarly works published in Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise, Research Quarterly for Exercise and Sport, Perceptual and Motor Skills, and The Journal of Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance. Kevin is the author of Hockey Training University's "Off-Ice Performance Training Course", the first product on the market geared toward helping coaches of all age-levels and abilities design and implement effective off-ice training programs. Kevin possesses the unique ability to combine his backgrounds in research, academia, and athletics to create highly effective programs for athletes and clients of all backgrounds. Specializing in ice hockey training and corrective exercise, Kevin has helped guide athletes of all ages and abilities to optimal health and performance. ![]()

Lyndsay Foisey
Lyndsay Foisey CK, B.A. (Hons.), M.Sc. (Cand.)
Lyndsay completed a Master of Science in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences with a specialization in Health and Aging and a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario. Her graduate research focused on whole-body vibration training and the effects on balance and strength in older adults.
Since 2004 Lynsay has gained experience as a health professional in both community and academic settings. She has worked as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, Kinesiologist, as well as a fitness and research consultant. She has also provided her consulting and educational services to the University of Western Ontario.
Currently, she is the owner and proprietor of Functional Fitness and Personal Training, where she provides health, wellness and research consulting to her clients. In addition, she is a Trainer of Fitness Leaders for the Ontario Fitness Council. Lyndsay continues to work on publishing her research in academic journals.![]()

Demetry Assimakopoulos
Demetry Assimakopoulos Sp. Hons. BA, CSEP-CEP
Demetry received his specialized honours undergraduate degree from York University in 2008 (Magna Cum Laude). Concurrently, he earned a specialty in Fitness Assessment and Exercise Counseling, and the title of Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP) through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP).
While being able to apply his fitness background to the general, healthy population, Demetry also has knowledge and experience in treating clinical populations, chronic disease patients (particularly diabetics, heart attack and stroke victims) and athletes. He also has extensive experience in the assessment and training of firefighters, police officers and correctional workers.
Demetry is currently studying at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and has particular interests in radiographic interpretation, orthopedics and rehabilitation. He will graduate in June of 2012.

Novella Martinello
Novella Martinello BA (Hons), MSc
Novella Martinello completed a Bachelor of Arts (Hon) in Psychology at Saint Mary’s University and a Master of Science degree in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, with a specialization in Health Promotion, at the University of Western Ontario. Her graduate research concerned the determinants of health as they relate to young adults.
She currently works in public health, conducting research and evaluation for health promotion programming for chronic disease prevention, and is collaborating in research related to social networking and health promotion, and health services websites.
Novella has presented her research internationally and has published in health journals.
She is currently a member of the Canadian and Ontario Public Health Associations, Canadian Evaluation Society, Association of Public Health Epidemiologists in Ontario, and the International Union on Health Promotion and Education.![]()

Patrick Ward
Patrick Ward M.Sc., C.S.C.S., LMT
Patrick Ward holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist through National Academy of Sports Medicine, and a USA Weightlifting-Certified Club Coach. In addition, Patrick holds a diploma in massage therapy and is currently licensed in the state of Arizona (LMT#12232).
Patrick specializes in clinical, therapeutic and sports massage and is certified in Neuromuscular Therapy (American Neuromuscular). His professional experience working with a diverse clientele includes training for general health, rehabilitation and athletes wanting to take their abilities to the next level. Prior to founding Optimum Sports Performance, Patrick was a top-level fitness and human performance coach in New York City, where he also conducted seminars and clinics for fitness professionals, covering topics such as program design, periodization and assessments.
He has served as a strength and conditioning consultant for various athletes of all ages and status. ![]()

Erin Haske
Erin Haske B Sp Sci (Hons), CSCS
Erin holds a Bachelor Degree in Sports Science (Honours) and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. While completing her degree, Erin interned in the athletic performance departments in Australia’s National Basketball League and for professional and national-level rugby union teams in Australia.
During her two year internship with the Super 15’s Queensland Reds, she completed a season-long study on the application of GPS technology in team training situations in rugby union.
Erin’s professional experience includes performance coaching for individual athletes and teams of all ages, as well as personal training for general population, late-stage rehabilitation, and youth clients.
She is currently enrolled in a Diploma of Remedial Massage, and plans to commence her Masters Degree in Exercise Science in 2011. ![]()

Carson Boddicker
Carson Boddicker USAW, PES, LMT(p)
Carson is a student of biomedicine, exercise physiology, and manual therapy via Northern Arizona University. Boddicker is a certified club coach through United States of America Weightlifting, USA Track and Field Level I, and a Performance-enhancement Specialist via the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Carson Boddicker is president and founder of Boddicker Performance, based in Flagstaff, Arizona. The primary focus is on improving performance in all athletic endeavours with a special interest in middle and long distance running and enhancing physical preparedness and athletic performance.
Boddicker has worked with a broad range of athletes from neophyte to national champions, Commonwealth Games competitors, and Olympians.

Jessica Sleeth
Jessica Sleeth BPHE, BA, MPH
Jessica graduated from the University of Alberta with a Master of Public Health Leadership and holds a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Studies from Queen’s University. She is currently the Program Manager of the Office of Global Health for the School of Medicine at Queen’s University.
Jessica's research interests include weight and obesity issues, strength and conditioning training and nutrition for athletes and special populations.
She is currently a member of the Canadian and Ontario Public Health Associations, Canadian Society for International Health, and the Canadian College of Health Service Executives. Jessica is working towards the professional designation of Certified Health Executive and is passionate about accessible health care for all Canadians.

Christopher Howard
Christopher Howard MS, NSCA-CPT, C.S.C.S.
Christopher has his Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science and Masters of Science in Nutrition Science from the State University of New York University at Buffalo. During his studies at UB, Christopher worked as a personal trainer and teaching assistant. Chris is also certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association NSCA-USA.
In addition, he spent the 2008 Off-Season and Training Camp as an intern with the Buffalo Bills. Following his internship with the Bills, he headed out to Hudson, MA to intern with some of the brightest minds in the fields of Strength and Conditioning and Nutrition at Cressey Performance.
During his four months at Cressey Performance, Christopher worked alongside the staff training athletes from a variety of sports. His main experiences there focused on baseball players from the high school level all the way to the professional level.
Currently Christopher is pursuing certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). In addition, he is enrolled at the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage, where he will graduate in December and become licensed as a massage therapist shortly thereafter. Christopher hopes to bridge the gap between training, nutrition, and soft tissue manual therapy.![]()
