PAYPAL PAYMENT & YOUR SUBSCRIPTION SET-UP PROCESS:
- If you paid through PayPal with a credit card you will immediately receive an email invoice/receipt to print for tax purposes. As soon as our system receives confirmation from PayPal your account will be activated. This typically takes a few minutes but can take a few hours depending on your global location and the card itself. You can then log on with the username and password you registered with.
- If you paid using the PayPal e-check option you will immediately receive your email invoice/receipt form PayPal to print for tax purposes. Once the e-check processes through your bank your subscription will be activated and you will receive email notification from our system. This typically takes 3-8 business days. Once that is in place you can log on with the username and password you registered with.

OFFLINE PAYMENT & YOUR SUBSCRIPTION SET-UP PROCESS:

If you chose the OFFLINE payment option you should have printed off the .PDF ORDER FORM
- Please complete and mail it with your personal check.
- You may use a discount coupon code on the form if you have one.
- As soon as payment is received we will activate your account and you will receive email notification and a tax receipt.
- You may then log on and begin using the service.

- If it is for the full amount of a specified plan then as soon as you apply the code in the registration process, the system will automatically bring you to this page and you can then log in and begin using the service.
- If the coupon code is for a discount on a specific plan or plans then after you apply the code in the registration process you will be moved forward to PayPal to complete the payment process...SEE PayPal Info Above.

HOW TO USE THE SERVICE
Each week you will be notified via email when a new review is posted. In order to see the reviews, you will have to LOG ON with your username and password. All reviews and content are contained on the website. There is no hard copy format for the service. You may print them out for your own personal use.
However they may not be distributed or posted on any other website.
You will have full access to the entire reviews database which is divided into sections (ex. lumbar spine/pelvis, lower extremity, acupuncture etc.). Some reviews are cross-posted in more than one category as relevancy dictates. The database is also fully searchable by keyword using the SEARCH BOX located in the top corner of each page.
When you LOG ON you will be taken directly to a section called RECENT REVIEWS where the reviews appear in chronological order. This is the fastest way to catch up on recent posts. The REVIEWS by YEAR section stores all reviews sorted by year. The REVIEWS DATABASE lists all reviews separated into sections/categories. These links appear in the SUBSCRIBER MENU after you LOG ON.

We encourage you to take advantage of the following RRS website features to get the most out of your subscription:
- Subscriber Clinic Directory ... Post your clinic information, personal business or service in our subscriber directory where you can post your clinic address, website, phone number, description of services offered etc. This directory is publicly accessible, so potential patients can find you here. It will also provide RRS subscribers with a network of professionals to which they can refer clients. We now have a large group of subscribers from all over the world, and this directory will provide a valuable community resource for those needing to make a referral. Just click on DIRECTORY in the SUBSCRIBER MENU once logged in to set up or modify your listing.
- Testimonials Online Form ... This is a good chance for you to tell us why you like the service, in exchange for a link to your personal or clinic website, which we are happy to provide in return (read existing testimonials). Exchanging links in this manner is beneficial for both sites, increasing traffic between relevant sites.
- Subscriber Input Form ... Utilize this option to tell us what you think of the RRS and provide suggestions or recommendations for possible improvements. We appreciate your time and input in all matters pertaining to this service, as our goal is to make the RRS as user friendly and practically useful as possible.
REFERRAL PROGRAM
We appreciate your help in spreading the word about the RRS, so please tell your colleagues about it. Every time you refer someone to the RRS and they purchase a subscription, your account will automatically be extended for 2 or more months, depending on the plan they choose! Simply tell the person you refer to send us an email letting us know you referred them, and/or you could notify us as well to ensure you get credit.
