The following are the terms of use - the "Terms" that govern the use of the researchreviewservice.com web site, including those portions comprising Research Review Service Inc. (the "Service", and collectively, the "Site"). By using or visiting the Site you expressly agree to be bound by the Terms and to abide by these Terms and all other applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. RESEARCH REVIEW SERVICE INC. reserves the right to change the Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. If you violate these Terms, RESEARCH REVIEW SERVICE INC. may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, cancel your subscription to the Service and/or take appropriate legal action against you as determined by RESEARCH REVIEW SERVICE INC. in its sole discretion.

Permitted Use:

You agree that you are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of the Site for your own personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, transmit, modify or otherwise distribute the material on the Site for any purpose other than to review information, for personal use, or to subscribe to the Service, unless otherwise specifically authorized by RESEARCH REVIEW SERVICE INC. to do so. You also agree not to deep-link to the Site for any purpose, unless specifically authorized by RESEARCH REVIEW SERVICE INC. to do so. RESEARCH REVIEW SERVICE INC. posts a legal notice and various credits on pages of the Site, which may not be removed.

Complying with Laws:

You acknowledge that complying with laws is your responsibility, and you agree not to hold RESEARCH REVIEW SERVICE INC. liable for your failure to comply with any law or RESEARCH REVIEW SERVICE INC.'s failure to notify you of, or properly apply, any law. Subject to any privacy provisions in these Terms RESEARCH REVIEW SERVICE INC. will comply with law enforcement and may provide them with all information you submit to it to assist in any investigation or prosecution they may conduct.

Security Of Information:

You can be sure that all information you provide in the subscription registration process for the Service is not made available to any other party and will never be shared. You may be paying for the service using PayPal, a secure online payment service which is integrated into this website.
